Captain Ian Moller has been navigating these pristine waters since he was just three years old, growing up on the deck of the Mikiah Bay. For him, reading the tides, finding the perfect grounds, and handling the boat come as naturally as breathing. Now, he's thrilled to welcome you aboard and share the real spirit of commercial fishing in Alaska.
Ian will outfit you with all the gear you need and guide you step-by-step through the hands-on process - from setting and hauling the net to hauling and re-baiting crab pots - giving you a genuine taste of life as an Alaskan commercial fisherman.
